Oh man. Canada’s best contribution to life since poutine unstoppable duo Jokers of the Scene are playing Blow UP LA this Saturday at one of our favorite undisclosed (as of yet) locations. I don’t know if any of you happened to catch their set at Coachella but it was one of my favorite DJ sets of the entire festival.

If that weren’t enough, Goddollars, from the self described “poly-sexual dance party” otherwise known as “A Club Called Rhonda” will be actively churning the dancefloor into a sexy sweatbox (which sounds like a vagina and is actually surprisingly similar).

Dirty Dave and Whitney Fierce (Lewd NYC) will start the night off with enough sexual energy to sterilize a rape whale. Which doesn’t make sense, but neither does this.

Blow Up LA invades REPLICA on October 16th!

One of the newest and raddest nights in LA, Replica is about to get it’s ass handed to it, when our very own Anne Lee comes to destroy the new 80s night with her partyness– Oh and I quote, directly from Replica’s e-flyer:

This time around, we get a very special DJ set by Party Captain ANNE LEE!! Expect to find yourself waking up in strange places the following morning when she shows up to your parties. ;) Shhhh…

Seriously, believe it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve woken up in weird places after I get taken out by the hurricane. In wet bathing suits, behind couches, with plates of macaroni and cheese, in back yards and bushes… phew. So come dance to some 80s music because you know you love to wear legwarmers and hypercolor.
